EYE Training Institute Dubai, UAE equips students for the SAT using advanced teaching methodologies and content that focus on overall skill building in individual sections of the test. The SAT prep consists of three parts, which EYE has developed drill sessions that are fascinating and result-oriented.

The First Section-Reading Module measures a learner’s comprehension skills in a fixed time frame, and hence the SAT mentors are particular about training the students to manage the pressure of timed reading exercises in the class to ensure that the student learns to ‘read intelligently’ to secure best results.

The Second Section-Writing and Language Section evaluates a student’s ability to find mistakes (if there are any) in texts based on a set of grammar rules spread across into a range of areas in grammar. Significant observation skills are also imperative for this module of the test. This section can be intimidating to many students who forget to link the contextual information and the ones who cannot identify the flow of textual information (coherence). As such, training in individual modules which resemble the actual test is very important for building confidence in students. The Last two Sections –Math (Calculator/No Calculator) measure a student’s understanding for using appropriate formulas and concepts strategically, attack the ‘long chuck ‘of word problems, and understanding and associating which concept to use based on the question puts you in a better position to attack any math question. The ‘proper use of calculators during the test is taken care of while we train students in the classes. So, every math class of yours will have a separate section for Math (with a calculator) and Math (without a calculator) to ensure you excel in both these sections within the Quantitative module. The Last Module- Essay Section (Optional) assesses a student’s capability in creating and presenting a clear and articulate analysis of a given text. This Essay module requires students to write essays, which are quite different from the format that students are used to writing in school, and hence our SAT trainers are particular to make sure that the students score the highest possible score on this section
